We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via our contact page with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, please notify us immediately via our contact page to resolve the issue. Anoo's Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Anoo's Closet is not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
For damaged or incorrect items, a 360-degree unboxing video is required to process claims for refunds or replacements. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened, with a visible zoom on the front of the package, the bill, and any damages, missing items, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong color). Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day replacement period for damaged or defective items, subject to verification and provision of a valid unboxing video.

If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
